WASHINGTON – Illinois US Senator Dick Durbin's hatred for President Trump is evident in every social media post, every media appearance, every in-person comment. How does his vitriol open the door to working in a bipartisan way? How will the state of Illinois benefit from the work of such an angry, vitriolic representative in the all-important U.S. Senate?
Durbin is on the November 2020 ballot for another six year term. His first was in 1996, then in 2002, 2008, 2014 and now he seeks another in 2020.
