Peter Breen, who along with Thomas Brechja, serves as Daleiden's lead defense attorneys from Chicago-based Thomas More Society, explains in a six-minute long video what happened Thursday in a San Francisco court – before a federal judge that records show has contributed to Planned Parenthood.

This same judge continues to rule against Daleiden and rack up higher and higher legal fees – a legal dilemma that will serve as a lesson to any future journalists desiring to do exposes' on the abortion industry.
