CHICAGO – Fewer states and municipalities have tighter gun restrictions than Chicago does, but the number of shootings and killings continue.

Over the weekend, when shooting tragedies in El Paso Texas and Dayton Ohio dominate the news, little coverage on national news about six Chicagoans that were shot and killed and 68 Chicagoans that were shot and wounded over the weekend.

The totals for 2019 are up to 278 Chicagoans killed in shootings and 1,364 wounded.

The question is, "What more firearms restrictions can lawmakers add that would end the devastation in the city of Chicago?" that won't tear away Second Amendment rights of law-abiding and life-respecting citizens?
