It is absolutely tragic to watch the current uncivilized and uninformed debate about abortion which has caused the deaths of over 62 million American babies since Roe v. Wade was made the law of the land. The real tragedy is that most Americans don’t know the truth about this debate.

First and foremost, how can any civilized human being celebrate the death of 62 million human babies? Roe v. Wade was started when Norma McCorvey wanted an abortion which was illegal and her case became Roe v. Wade when she brought it to court under the name of “Jane Roe” to protect her privacy. Years after Roe v. Wade was decided making abortion a legal right, Norma McCorvey became a strong anti-abortion activist because she realized that abortion was the murder of a human infant.

How many people know that Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg who was pro-abortion said that Roe v. Wade was an unconstitutional ruling that went too far? Almost exactly what Justice Samuel Alito said in his opinion piece on Roe v. Wade that was illegally leaked to the public before the final Supreme Court ruling was made on Roe v. Wade which is causing a new brutal “civil war” about abortion.

Sadly in 10 US states, abortion can be done right up to the moment of birth. In contrast, much of Europe has made abortion illegal after 12-15 weeks except to save the life of the mother. America has some of the most barbaric abortion laws in the world!

It is heartbreaking to watch liberal women who favor unlimited abortions declare that abortion is a “reproductive right” and making abortions illegal violates their freedom over their bodies. That is dishonest. Abortion is about ending the life of a separate human being that happens to be living in the womb of their mother. Limiting abortion is about saving the infant’s life, not infringing on the mother’s reproductive rights. Tragically, this debate has become inhumane and these babies in the womb have become “clumps of cells”, not babies. The fact that 78% of women who want an abortion and are shown a 3-D sonogram of the human infant in their womb change their minds and do not have an abortion should tell you all you need to know about abortions. Why?  Because suddenly they realize the obvious; they would be killing a human baby in their womb, not a “clump of cells”!

The other travesty is the dishonesty of the “Fake News” and Democrats who favor unlimited abortion. If the Supreme Court throws out Roe v. Wade, they will not be ending abortions, they will simply be sending the issue of abortion back to the states to allow state elected officials chosen by the people to make their choices on the limitations on abortion. There is nothing in the Constitution that addresses abortion so it should go back to the states so voters can make their own choices. Let’s keep a few obvious things about abortion in mind; all deer hunters know that even nature does abortions to save the life of the mother in a hard winter so she doesn’t starve to death. So yes, abortions to save the life of the mother must be legal. But as the 3-D sonograms show, aborting the life of 12-15 week or older infants in the womb is killing a human baby and 78% of pregnant women who wanted an abortion change their minds when they see that sonogram of their baby in their womb. Yet incredibly, 10 states allow abortions up to the moment of birth even though only 6% of Americans support abortion at the moment of birth. Abortions should be rare and treated like a tragedy, not celebrated. That should be all we need to know about this uncivilized debate over abortions.
