SPRINGFIELD – Monday morning, both Democrat and Republican presidential candidates filed with the State Board of Elections to be on Illinois' March 15th primary ballots.
The first ones to file as of 9:00 AM were Democrats Hillary Clinton and former Chicago mayoral candidate Willie Wilson, along with five Republican candidates: Chris Christie, Donald Trump, Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush and Ted Cruz.
Filings will be open for major party presidential candidates and their delegates until Friday Wednesday.
