CHICAGO – Technology & Manufacturing Association's President and CEO Steve Rauschenberger knows manufacturing – but he also knows – like few others – the real issues breaking Illinois taxpayers' backs and keeping the vulnerable dependent on state government.
After all he served as the Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman for several years when Republicans were in the majority, few know the inside story better. In an informative conversation with Upstream Ideas' host Dan Proft, Rauschenberger was open and frank assessing the current situation.
