MILWAUKEE – Park Ridge, Illinois – raised Hillary Clinton and University of Chicago '64 alum Bernie Sanders debated with gloves off Thursday night in Milwaukee – raising the stakes in the Democrat Party's presidential nominee race.
Sanders blasted former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger's foreign affair decisions and spared Clinton from answering questions about destroying evidence and hiding emails found on her private server while Secretary of State. He also didn't mention an FBI subpoena to search through Clinton Foundation records while she was Secretary of State.
But he did suggest that Clinton's ties to Wall Street were a problem.
She ignored the vast majority of Sander's criticisms in her responses, but the Wall Street comments took root when a sharp-eyed observer found another time Clinton wore that gold top.
