CHICAGO – The very first time the frustrated Tea Party protested in Chicago was February 27, 2009, and Illinois Review was there. The protest started at Chicago's Daley Plaza with shouts of "Dump the TEA!" and "Don't Tread on Me!" in reaction to the federal mortgage bailout and the mounting national debt, only one month after President Barack Obama was sworn into office.
Where you there? Many are saying this organic movement that began with no leadership has evolved over the years and it has now taken on the form of a presidential campaign of the ultimate outsider – businessman billionaire Donald Trump. What do you think?
