CHICAGO – Thursday morning in Chicago's Logan Square, Democrat gubernatorial candidate State Senator Daniel Biss announced his running mate for lieutenant governor … Chicago alderman Carlos Rosa.
Biss, who has a solid liberal voting record, was a Democrat lead co-sponsor of the new law banning local and state law enforcement from working with federal immigration authorities – SB 31.
The senator is one of several Democrats running in the March 2018 primary, vying to challenge Republican Governor Bruce Rauner.
