HOFFMAN ESTATES – Seven years ago this week, conservative icon Andrew Breitbart made waves in Hoffman Estates at the Right Nation 2010 event, where nearly 6000 Midwest conservatives gathered.
Illinois Review was on hand that day as a major sponsor, and we remember an intense confrontation in the parking lot outside the event between Breitbart and leftwing protesters. No one had any idea at the time that day would become a notable part of modern American History.
