A new Axios/Harris poll of Americans shows the public is paying attention to who is doing a good job during the pandemic.
“The public's view of almost every industry has improved,” the poll reports. It notes huge jumps for companies focused on solving problems related to the coronavirus. Especially big gains were made by grocers, delivery companies, streaming video outlets, and pharmacies.
The media’s approval rating tanked.
Another favorable result: 75% of respondents say that during the pandemic "companies were more reliable than the federal government in keeping America running.”
