". . . what Texas seeks is for the Supreme Court to mandate that the defendant states comply with the Constitution, and that means that electors are selected by the states’ legislatures. Texas makes this point clear, stressing: “Plaintiff State does not ask this Court to decide who won the election; they only ask that the Court enjoin the clear violations of the Electors Clause of the Constitution.”
“As to [Ben] Shapiro’s concern that expanding federal power to examine the sovereignty of the states misses a reliable fact: In the future, the liberals will do so if it serves their interests, as they have expanded federal power in the past. They do not need any precedent as they create their own. After all, they ignore restriction in the Constitution when it is convenient. They will use any means to accomplish a desired result."
For clarification: In a podcast titled “ Is Secession Upon Us?” Ben Shapiro argued against the Supreme Court taking the Texas lawsuit.

“The Court did not have to dismiss the electors in the four states. They could have ruled that the procedures used to change election law in the four states was in violation of the clear wording in the Constitution. Thereby, the Court would be reaffirming that provision of the Constitution. They could have demanded evidence of the harm. If they found insufficient evidence to change the election in each state, they could then leave the result. Should evidence be sufficient (and this is a high hurdle) to change the result of the election, they could apply the Court’s 1892 ruling in McPherson v. Blacker to have the legislature make the final decision via electors. Then they restore the political responsibility of state’s elected officials, which the most important aspect of federalism as a counter to expanded national power.”
“The case wasn’t rejected on the merits, the case was rejected on standing. So the answer to that is to bring the case now to the district court by the president, by some of the electors, alleging some of the same facts where there would be standing,” he said in a Friday interview on Newsmax. “There’s nothing that prevents us from filing these cases immediately in the district court in which the president of course would have standing, some of the electors would have standing in that their constitutional rights have been violate.,” he added. “We’re not finished.”
If only the Republican legislators that supposedly control Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin's electoral votes had actually sued to regain control of the election process when the fraud was revealed the day after the election, this grandstanding case by Texas at the last minute wouldn't have been needed. The case, however, did serve the purpose of further revealing who hates Trump behind the scenes.
Some notable Republicans that did not sign on were House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., and GOP Conference Chairwoman Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., the latter of whom has emerged as a Trump critic.
"The president has a right for every legal challenge to be heard. He has the right to go to the Supreme Court with it, yes." Eventually McCarthy and 20 other House Republicans signed on, when McCarthy realized he might be dumped by the majority of the Caucus that knows how angry the base is about the steal.
Joe Hoft of Gateway Pundit.com expressed outrage in his December 10, 2020 article over Georgia's Secretary of State Raffensperger who is now opening an investigation into the Georgia county that uncovered major issues with Dominion Voting Machines.
Jefrey Rorack of NewsMax reported in his article of December 10, 2020, Records Still Not Available for 500,000 Georgia Absentee Ballots: “Documents necessary to establish the chain of custody for more than 83% of the estimated 600,000 Georgia absentee ballots placed in drop boxes by voters and subsequently delivered to local election officials still have not been produced by state or county officials.”
"That game is running out, like pretending Hunter Biden was a saint persecuted for political reasons by evil Trump. AG Barr worked to keep Hunter Biden probes from the public, knowing for months about the investigations into Biden's business and financial dealing.
But why all the stories by the Establishment media on Hunter Biden now?
"It could be that bad things are about to come down from the FBI. After all, Trump did promise that "a lot of big things" will happen soon. The sudden flurry of reports about the Bidens could just be the Democrats' way of getting ahead of the story so that, if Hunter is shown doing the perp walk, they can say it's "old news."
“However, it’s equally likely that the Democrats are making plans to get Biden out of office as quickly as possible…As Monica Showalter pointed out on Thursday, Biden is not making leftists happy. He’s filling his possible administration with corporate insiders, he wants a former military officer to head the defense department, and he’s continuing to show a very rapid cognitive decline. He's offering Clinton-era politics with a side of dementia and that is not what the hard left side of the party wants."
“In any event, the goal, always, was to get Kamala into the White House. It didn’t and doesn’t matter that the voters don’t like her — as demonstrated by the fact that even her home state of California didn’t like her and her early retreat from the primaries. What matters is that she, unlike both Hillary and Joe, is Barack Obama’s true third term.” End of Widberg quote.
"The FBI has investigated at least six internal sexual misconduct allegations involving top brass over the last five years — but none of the accused officials ever faced discipline, even when the reports were substantiated, an Associated Press probe found.
Is Trump readying a bombshell?
There may possibly be another reason for the sudden revelations. Is Trump getting ready to unload a lot of information about government corruption that will shock all but the Left into realizing things have to change and Trump must stay?
If President Trump wanted to bait Trump's opposition into total destruction, Time Magazine’s cover naming Biden/Harris as “person of the year" is exactly what Trump should want to have when it is finally revealed how much this election was stolen, not just by ballot stuffing in a few counties, but by foreign governments using vote “counting” software.
Time’s editor-in-chief Edward Felsenthal says: “Biden and Harris won the honor for “changing the American story, for showing that the forces of empathy are greater than the furies of division, for sharing a vision of healing in a grieving world.”
According to IT Expert Jovan Hutton Pulitzer, the inventor of the platform known as ‘ QR Code‘ which is on about 12 billion devices around the globe, Pulitzer believes ballots can be scanned to determine validity.
Said Pulitzer: "It's a Real Simple Fact to Prove that There Was Massive Fraud in This Election."
“Mike Pence, as President of the Senate, can have a major role. Two law professors are arguing the U.S. Constitution’s 12th Amendment could empower Vice President Mike Pence to reject contested electors and pave the way for the U.S. House to re-elect President Trump under what’s known as a contingent election…”
Every day some new element of the scam election is being revealed. Might this finally force a reluctant Uniparty to cut a deal with Trump lest the entire system they depend on goes down .'
