Ask anybody at this rally Sunday, they will say the 2020 election is far from over. About 400 people gathered to protest the election results on the corner of Meacham and Golf Road in Schaumburg at the now closed Macy’s Store. The organizers called it a “peaceful protest.”
This rally included people standing on the two corners holding banners, signs, and flags. In addition many cars and trucks circled the block the whole four hours with Trump flags and American flags waving from their vehicles. Most here believe President Donald J. Trump won in a landslide.
This group has been on the corner every Sunday for the last few weeks. They plan to be there again next Sunday, December 27, 2020 from noon to 3pm. There is plenty of free parking and all are invited. To quote one person yesterday, “This is far from over.”
