Last Thursday night, the Northside GOP & Chicago GOP held the grand opening of their new office in Lincoln Park. It is located at 2463 North Lincoln Avenue.
They plan to make this a gathering spot for events, meetings, and candidate forums. The opening was attended by close to 100 people who are republicans looking for better leadership from elected officials in Chicago.
Several candidates spoke, including Kathy Salvi and Anthony Williams – both running for United States Senate in Illinois. Others on the ballot in that race include Bobby Piton, Peggy Hubbard, Matt Dubiel, Maryann Mahlen, Casey Chlebec, and Jimmy Lee Tillman.
The Northside Republicans are led by Brian Kasal, with the Chicago Republicans led by Steve Boulton. For more information look at Chicagogop.com.
Another event to watch for is the Assyrian GOP candidate forum held on Sunday May 2, 2022 at 5:00pm. The event is free and will be held at the Urnina Banquet hall located at 9131 Niles Center Road in Skokie, Illinois.
The illinois primary is Tuesday, June 28, 2022 with the general election held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
