CHICAGO – Illinois Right to Life Action just released a short video that asks the question raised by Governor Pritzker’s comments about how promoting abortion for women and girls really doesn’t address the deep problems those considering abortion are facing.
He boasts that when women get abortions in Illinois, the state will furnish what they need during the process.
Johanna Duncan, a professional counselor, says what Pritkzer offers is just not enough.
“A meal may be very nice. A roof may be nice. But where’s this woman going to be at a year from now, two years from now? And that’s where I think the government is not understanding the complexity of humans, and the complexity of this situation. They’re just thinking of the immediate logistics,” Duncan says.
