The Daily Herald hosted an online debate between Democrat incumbent US Senator Tammy Duckworth and Republican challenger Kathy Salvi earlier this week. The YouTube says only 500+ viewers have shown interest in the race that is the second question on the November 8th ballot.

Kathy Salvi comes on strong out of the gate, attacking Tammy Duckworth as a Biden “rubber stamp” and supporting Biden policies that have brought on 40 year high inflation rates that are negatively affecting all working families throughout Illinois and the nation.

Salvi, an attorney and small business owner, doesn’t hesitate to criticize Duckworth, whose voting record lines up with like-minded Democrats in the US House such as “The Squad.”

Duckworth defends an open border, 87,000 new IRS agents and opposes 18,000 new border patrol agents.

Definitely worth the effort to listen to the contrast between Duckworth and Salvi – Salvi’s polling numbers are showing the race is much closer than the liberal media would let on.
