The Biden-Marxist attack on modern life continues. In this case it has to do with new standards for water heaters which use heat pump technology.
The new standards for appliances will supposedly save money, which on the face sounds good, but if the cost of energy was not so high due to the Biden attack on energy production, the concern about saving money would be so prominent. The cost of energy is being deliberately inflated, so the notion of saving money is capricious at best.
It’s being reported these may not be very efficient in colder temperatures? So why bother to have these regulation changes? It is the same logic or lack thereof we have seen with electric vehicles. We can see how this has worked for people after the last cold winter we had as batteries died leaving drivers stranded in the cold.
With regards to the new water heaters, it’s purported to be more “efficient,” but in this case these units may cost $1,000 more with these new regulations. Somehow, the extra purchase cost will wipe out any perceived savings. The same people pushing these new regulations often mention reducing our carbon footprint, yet they never promote nuclear power which solves all of the issues these misguided folks opine is bad for the planet.
Once again when bad people are put in a position of power, this is what you get. So what’s the cure? The answer is to get people to wake up and understand that these ideas are anything but efficient. People need to support the reelection of Donald Trump and get conservatives back in power to reverse and remove these misguided policies.
